Placing Orders

We are all about customer experience, especially when it comes to placing orders. No quotes, no requests, no delays. Everything is lean and easy: All items are available through our online store at www.air-store.eu including product descriptions, pictures and pricing. Pilots and business customers can instantly determine their final landed prices and leadtimes with no more than a few clicks. Additionally, our friendly service staff accepts orders, provides quotes, and answers questions via phone, fax, and eMail. 

We stock all products we sell. This way we can guarantee fast service and provide our customers with reliable infomation on pricing and delivery times. In 2015 and 2016 over 60% of all orders placed have been shipped the same day. 

Customer Service

AIR Store is part of AIR Avionics. As an avionics manufacturer we know exactly where the pitfalls are in distribution and customer service. When it comes to service, we got you covered. Our scalable service infrastructure offers standard solutions for your products from frontline first level support to highly complex trouble-shooting and component-level repairs.

Our highly skilled technical support team is available 11 hours a day Monday through Friday. We train our service staff on each and every product we sell and strive hard on delivering excellent service. In 2015 and 2016, over 50% of all service cases have been answered within 4 hours, 88% on the same day. 

We continuously analyze communication to ensure consistent service quality and to improve products and documentation. Our service infrastructure scales with your requirements. If required, custom service level agreements can be defined depending on your needs. 

Procurement

Delivery constraints and long leadtimes happen. Customers are unhappy, pressure is applied.

Our procurement department uses state-of-the-art software. We are continuously adapting stock levels to match demand and supply leadtimes in order to provide for a smooth and hassle-free process for everybody involved: Customers, suppliers, and ourselves.
